Quietly and Peacefully God called Wilma from this life to her eternal rest on February 15th, 2022. Wilma Deloris Carter was Born in Washington DC on August 3,1939. She was the oldest girl of Thirteen born to the late Marjorie and Willie Smith. Wilma obtained her education within Washington D.C. Public School System. She Loved her family and her children as well as a good party! Wherever the "Electric Slide" was playing you were sure to find Wilma on the floor. She loved playing cards Pitty Pat and Tunk, she enjoyed listening to Oldie But Goodies on Saturday Morning you could hear the sounds of WPFW 89.3. She loved eating crabs and having a good time.
